Our Founder
Military Leadership
Before entering healthcare, our founder served in the United States Army, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and accountability that continue to define his work today. As a Drill Sergeant, he was entrusted with one of the military's greatest responsibilities: training, mentoring, and preparing Soldiers to meet demanding standards under pressure.
That experience instilled a structured, mission-first mindset built on integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Those same values now guide every veteran he serves.
A Decade of Medical Experience
His clinical background provided a deep understanding of medical documentation, diagnoses, and treatment records while reinforcing the importance of compassion, education, and advocacy. Those experiences taught him that knowledge, trust, and attention to detail can change lives.

Where Purpose Meets Experience
Military leadership taught him discipline, accountability, and how to lead with integrity. Nearly a decade in healthcare gave him the ability to understand medical evidence, educate others, and advocate for those in need.
Together, those experiences revealed a purpose.
After working with veterans and seeing how many struggled to understand the VA disability claims process, Thomas recognized an opportunity to bridge the gap between complex medical evidence and the benefits veterans had earned through their service. What began as helping fellow veterans became a mission.
VetForge was built from that mission—to combine military values, medical knowledge, and evidence-based strategy into a service that empowers veterans with education, transparency, and honest guidance.
